Here are the most frequently asked questions we receive. 

Guarantee

If a Fertan product has a manufacturing defect in its materials, you can return it at any time. If a product does not perform as expected, you can return it for a refund or replacement.

We stand behind our products. 

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00

Orders are usually shipped on the same business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Our online orders do not require a signature. 

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us.

Shipping to United States

If you are shipping to the United States, contact us for U.S. shipping rates. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to FERTAN. 

Returns

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or used. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 1-2 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

International Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or used.
You will not be refunded for importation fees. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
